COMPAGNONS DE LIBERATION

Ce projet met en avant la forme de l’archive, en passant par la recherche et la collecte, la classification/l’organisation, et la mise en page de ces archives. J’ai fait le choix d’orienter cette recherche autour de la Libération de Paris, évènement historique et riche en terme d’archives, en y intégrant quelques archives familiales également. Celle-ci prend la forme d’un dossier composé d’un étui et de 4 livrets en Leporello (reliure accordéon) : 1. Les prémices, 2. La libération, 3. Les retombées et 4. La radio.

This project highlights the form of the archive, including research, collection, classification, and the layout of these archives. I chose to focus this research around the Liberation of Paris, a historical event rich in archival content, by also integrating some family archives. The final object takes the form of a file composed of an open box and four Leporello booklets (accordion binding) : 1.The beginnings, 2.The liberation, 3.The fallout and 4.The radio.
